KREWE WEEK SCHEDULE with practices and rehearsals
No dress rehearsals, all street clothes. You only wear your costumes to the Ball Friday night.
It is an amazing transformation, presentation and evening. Please join us Thursday to see how it is done and help!
Come dressed to work, comfortable shoes, ladder climbing outfits!
Thursday, Feb. 23 BOUTWELL
7:30am Men start to unload trucks and transform Boutwell into the Great Hall
10:00am Ladies of the Krewe arrive to decorate and add the flair . Everyone invited to help
2:00pm- 4:00pm Pages Practice
5:00pm -6:00pm Captain, Dukes and Guards Practice
Friday, Feb. 24 BOUTWELL REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
10:00am-12:00noon King, Queen, LIW, Train Bearers
12:00noon-1:00pm Past Kings and Queens practice
1:00pm-2:00pm Princess and their Fathers/Sponsors
2:00pm-4:00pm WHOLE COURT walk thru
King, Queen, Princess, Escorts, Sponsors, Train Bearers, Pages
7:00pm-8:00pm Pictures back stage for King and Queen and their Court
Members only 7-8:15pm gathering
9:00pm Doors will close and the Presentation begins
Things to remember :
$8 cash only for the parking deck, no credit cards and they never have $1’s so bring correct change
There will be extra Krewe member mask, gloves and hats to purchase behind stage
Anyone 35 and under will be carded and need to wear a wrist band to go near a bar. Bring you ID.
There will be a table set up in the Lobby as you enter. Have your ID checked there and get a wrist band.
All guest need a door card. One door card admits 2 guest.
Krewe Members, Princess, Escorts, Pages and Train Bearer parents do not need a door card.
ONLY Krewe members and their wives sit on the floor for the presentation
No children will be allowed near any bars
